This is far from a traditional admin position — you’ll act as a

technical partner and strategic problem solver

, helping evolve a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment that supports

thousands of donor records and global funding initiatives

You’ll play a key role in improving data integrity, automating workflows, and building a modern, scalable architecture that provides clear insights into organizational impact. Long-term, this role has a path toward

system architecture ownership

as the platform continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own

data quality and reporting strategy

, ensuring accurate, high-performing donor data

• Build

advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks

for real-time fundraising insights

• Lead the transition from legacy processes to

Salesforce Flow-based automation

• Manage integrations across tools like

Donorbox, Campaign Monitor, Zapier, SAP, and more

• Work through backlog and technical debt to deliver

ongoing enhancements and features

• Improve data architecture and maintain a

“source of truth” documentation framework

• Explore emerging tech, including

Agentforce / AI-driven Salesforce capabilities

• Partner cross-functionally with business, finance, and global teams to drive outcomes

🧠

What They’re Looking For

• 5\+ years of Salesforce Admin / CRM experience (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP preferred)
• Strong background in

data management, reporting, and automation

• Experience with

integrations and large-scale data environments

• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
• Comfortable owning backlog, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Bonus: Experience with

Tableau, Power BI, or AI-driven Salesforce tools
