We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative

Software Engineer, Salesforce AI

to help unlock the full potential of AI within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of CRM engineering and intelligent automation — you will work closely with revenue, sales, and data teams to surface smarter insights, streamline workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

• Drive adoption of Salesforce and AI tools that improve visibility into quoting, pricing, and sales performance through enhanced reporting and AI-driven insights.
• Contribute to revenue and contribution profit growth by surfacing pricing trends and supporting ongoing pricing strategy and optimization conversations.
• Partner cross-functionally to align inventory and product availability with demand, supporting business continuity and smooth product transitions.
• Support forecasting efforts by improving data visibility and leveraging AI where applicable to enable more informed, data-driven planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve Inside Sales efficiency through better tooling, streamlined processes, and intelligent AI-powered workflows within Salesforce.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Configuration: Set up and maintain Salesforce Einstein features including Next Best Action, Case Classification, and Lead Scoring to power intelligent sales workflows.
• Development: Write and debug Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) that consume and act on AI outputs across the Salesforce platform.
• Prompt Engineering: Assist in configuring Prompt Builder templates, ensuring accurate mapping to record fields and consistent behavior across customer-facing workflows.
• Data Hygiene: Work within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure data streams are properly flowing and formatted for AI consumption, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Testing \& QA: Perform unit testing and UAT for AI-driven workflows, verifying accuracy and preventing hallucinations or unexpected outputs in customer-facing bots and automations.

EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualifications

• 4\+ years of hands on Salesforce development, administration, and solution design experience with expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI driven workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and platform automation tools to build scalable AI enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and foundational AI/ML concepts including prompt engineering, NLP, and responsible AI practices.
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate and Salesforce Administrator required; Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external AI platforms and enterprise systems using APIs or middleware, with strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, security, and analytics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay Range: : $115,000 USD - $130,000 USD
