About The Role
GoodLeap is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team and support the ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role involves working within the Consumer Solutions and Mortgage Sales squads, focusing on either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions enhancements respectively. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate closely with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, peer developers, and other technology teams to design, develop, and deploy new functionalities across two Salesforce instances supporting over 1,000 users. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions using a combination of custom code and low-code tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This hybrid position requires one day per week onsite at the nearest tech hub, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. A Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory, along with proficiency in low-code Salesforce capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning Design System, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SQL, and JavaScript. Experience with API integrations, MuleSoft, Git, Github, and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred. A background in financial services, mortgage, or green energy sectors, along with additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Agentforce, will be advantageous. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working in agile or SCRUM environments.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as a key developer for two Salesforce environments supporting a large user base. You will develop and implement technical designs for development projects, utilizing out-of-the-box features and custom code to meet business requirements. You will architect enhancements to data models and data flows, build custom applications, objects, flows, and views of intermediate complexity, and evaluate the impact of new requirements on existing systems. Additionally, you will manage the deployment of development requests using APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud portal. Collaborating with team members through refinement sessions, technical discussions, and code reviews will be essential to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also monitor system health, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and manage data feeds and integrations. Acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams, you will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure project success and optimal system performance.
Benefits
GoodLeap offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $121,000 to $141,000, complemented by potential bonuses based on performance.
