About the Role

Builder Circle is building a policy-driven Salesforce platform that supports loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and investor-grade reporting. We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to deliver production-quality automation, integrations, and backend logic within an established architecture.

This is a hands-on role focused on

Apex, Flow, and governed automation

, with increasing exposure to

Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce)

as the platform evolves.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using

Apex, Flows, and platform automation

.

• Develop record-triggered, scheduled, and orchestration flows with attention to scale, order of execution, and data integrity.
• Implement validation rules and backend logic to enforce business rules.
• Support integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and middleware.
• Assist with enhancements to

Experience Cloud portals

(borrower, broker, partner).

• Collaborate on early use cases for

Salesforce AI / Agentforce

, including data readiness, automation hooks, and decision-support workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, integrations, and platform stability.
• Participate in sandbox development, testing, and structured deployments.

Required Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

Apex

(including triggers and asynchronous processing).

• Strong experience building

Flow-based automation

, especially record-triggered flows.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security (profiles, permission sets, sharing).
• Experience supporting or building API-based integrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

Preferred / Strongly Valued

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

or

active pursuit of PD II.

• Experience in

financial services, lending, fintech, or other regulated environments

.

• Familiarity with

Experience Cloud

.

• Exposure to

Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Einstein, or similar AI-assisted automation tools

,

or a demonstrated desire to learn and work with these technologies

.

• Experience working in environments with audit, compliance, or data governance requirements.
