About The Role
Guidehouse is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join our high-growth practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising Solution Architects, Technical Architects, business analysts, and other delivery professionals. The position requires a strong foundation in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and web services. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to Salesforce development, including LWC and Apex. U.S. citizenship is a contractual requirement, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance. A bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory. Candidates should have proven experience in designing and implementing real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, or integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Cast-Iron. Expertise in Apex programming, web services, Visualforce, Lightning frameworks, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 is essential. A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce object models, governor limits, and best practices is required to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain documentation of technical designs, configurations, and integrations for audit and knowledge sharing purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions and workflows.
