About The Job

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a technically skilled and curious profile to help us build, maintain, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work on development and automation projects alongside Revenue Operations and Revenue leaders to enhance our CRM capabilities and support our growth strategy.

You will join a cross-functional team working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Data team to deliver reliable, scalable and impactful solutions. This position is an excellent entry point into CRM engineering and Revenue operations.

Your Missions

Salesforce Development \& Administration

• Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce data model to reflect business needs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform.

Revenue Operations Support

• Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
• Incorporate AI into internal process to help daily operations.

Cross-team support

• Answer and manage daily requests from business teams
• Train business teams on the latest releases you have delivered

Project examples

• Develop a signals system to help the Sales team identify and contact the right people at the right time
• Develop a first-response system for our customers using an AI agent

Context

• Work with cutting-edge AI tools (Claude, Dust)
• Operate within a robust and thoughtfully chosen business tool stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee)

Your profile

• You have just graduated from an engineering school / engineering Master's degree
• You are keen to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You have strong JAVA skills (or any other object oriented language)
• You have basic skills on web technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript)
• You have a structured, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• You are fluent in French and in English.
• You are motivated to join a scale-up and ready to take up the challenges it implies.
• Being already familiar with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is a plus.
• Having a first experience (internship, academic or personal project) with Salesforce/Hubspot development or administration is a plus
