Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our Client Technology Salesforce Engineering team. This team is responsible for building scalable Salesforce solutions that enable Business Development, Operations, and key stakeholders to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in streamlining business processes, improving data quality, supporting business growth, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Your Role
- Enhance and support the Salesforce platform
- Design and build new screens, workflows, and platform functionality
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Test and troubleshoot functionality to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Manage Salesforce administration setup including users, permissions, and security controls
- Manage production deployments, releases, and bug fixes
- Adhere to Salesforce development and coding best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 3\+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform
- Experience with:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Email-to-Case
- Case Routing
- Strong experience with:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Apex
- Lightning Flows
- Experience with advanced Salesforce security models
- Experience with CI/CD using Flosum or Git
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST, Bulk APIs, and Platform Events
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
- Exposure to AI-powered IDEs for Salesforce Development
- Experience with unit testing and automation testing
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, and Java
