We have an urgent need for a Salesforce Lightning Developer Apex, LWC \& Cloud Solutions to join our team in Milpitas, CA 95035\. This role is based in the US, and candidates are expected to work from office. This is an onsite opportunity to work on enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations and drive impactful digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning technologies. You will work extensively with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, building scalable applications using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems. The position requires strong ownership in creating application and technical design documents aligned with Salesforce best practices while ensuring seamless integration with customer infrastructure. You will also play a key role in evaluating business and technical requirements, guiding project direction, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term goals. Collaboration with clients and stakeholders will be essential to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations. A solid background in solution design and architecture, along with the ability to lead requirement evaluations and technical decisions, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients are critical for success in this role.
