Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Dallas,TX/ Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA or Pennington, NJ.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, including Data 360, and familiarity with Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end architecture design and solutioning for Salesforce implementations, with a focus on Data 360

· Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals

· Guide development teams by reviewing designs, ensuring architectural best practices, and translating functional requirements into technical designs

· Engage in proposal development, presentations, and solution demos

· Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices

Required Skills:

· Minimum 10\+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce architecture

· Proven experience leading real-time Salesforce Data 360 projects as a Salesforce Architect

· Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and conceptual familiarity with Agentforce

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with business and technical stakeholders

Desired Skills:

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud, AI specialist certification)

· Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds (e.g., FSC, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data)

· Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware in the Salesforce ecosystem
