What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee backlog prioritization and refinements
• Coordinate with various CMS stakeholders and technical teams to implement asset management practices
• Deliver program status overviews and asset compliance updates to stakeholders
• Train and coach SAM team members to foster skill development and ensure compliance with CMS standards
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to measure team performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5\+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in SAM or ITAM projects
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile project management certification
• Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts
• Understanding of SAM/ITAM principles and their integration into enterprise infrastructure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM) certification or equivalent
• Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) certification or equivalent
• Experience with automation and integration across IT management platforms, including ServiceNow
• Experience working on complex, large-scale IT programs or enterprise-grade data centers
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including conflict resolution
