Experience And Skills

• 8\+ years of experience in SAP technical roles, with significant focus on SAP Integrations Lead and SAP Technical Architect
• Strong hands‑on experience integrating SAP systems with external applications and platforms
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale integration solutions
• Solid understanding of data models, message formats and integration patterns
• Experience working in complex, multi‑system landscapes
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects a plus but not required
• Experience with SAP CPI Integration required
• Experience with BTP Integration preferred
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OData, middleware, and event‑driven architectures
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
