We at Coforge are hiring a Scrum Lead with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release.
• Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
• Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities.
• Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility.
• Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state.
• Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working.
• Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s).
• Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog.
• Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation.
• Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary.

Required Skills:

• Scrum Lead (SAP S/4 HANA).
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile project and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience supporting or leading SAP S/4 HANA migration programs for organizations of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA technical architecture, configuration, or platform capabilities.
• 4\+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
• Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.
• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
• Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
