Scrum Master Production IT Security (F/M/X)

Mission Overview

As a Delivery Scrum Master, you will join the IT Continuity \& Cyber Resiliency team, responsible for strengthening client's operational resilience against physical and cyber incidents. You will coordinate the delivery of strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a third datacenter, cyber resilience testing, failover exercises and infrastructure readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of security-related features across multiple departments.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, issues and delivery progress.
• Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums, Agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Monitor budget, planning, quality and delivery KPIs.
• Report delivery progress to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across Security squads.

Security \& Operational Activities

• Support the management and evolution of IT Security services and infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident, change and release management activities.
• Contribute to cyber resiliency initiatives, failover testing and disaster recovery

readiness.

• Define and monitor KPIs to improve service effectiveness and operational

performance.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Project Manager.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven experience in delivery management, dependency tracking and stakeholder

coordination.

• Good knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing and CI/CD.
• Experience in large international and multidisciplinary environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT Security, Cyber Security, IAM or IT Resiliency.
• Experience within the Financial Services sector.

Languages

• French: Fluent.
• English: Fluent.
• Dutch: Nice to have.
