Job Description
CuraLinc is seeking a talented and passionate Scrum Master to join our Product team. The Scrum Master will serve as a facilitator and servant leader for cross-functional Scrum teams aligned to specific product areas, bringing together Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and emerging AI-enabled development capabilities.
This role will support the creation and operation of true Scrum teams, ensuring tight collaboration between Product and Engineering while helping the organization modernize and evolve its technology platform. The Scrum Master will guide teams in applying agile principles, facilitate delivery, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
In addition to supporting traditional development workflows and processes, this role will help teams integrate AI-assisted engineering and automation capabilities, requiring curiosity, adaptability, and an openness to evolving ways of working.

Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and Help the Team Plan, Deliver, and Continuously Improve Sprint Execution
- Support Cross-Functional Scrum Teams Aligned to Specific Product Areas, Ensuring Strong Collaboration Between Product, Engineering, and Design While Serving as Scrum Master for Engineering Team Members
- Remove Blockers and Manage Dependencies so the Team Can Maintain Focus and Delivery Momentum
- Foster a Collaborative, High-Trust Environment that Encourages Open Communication, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement
- Coach Team Members on Agile Principles and Help Teams Evolve their Ways of Working to Improve Quality, Speed, and Predictability
- Monitor Delivery Progress, Identify Risks Early, and Help Teams Adapt to Maintain Healthy and Sustainable Delivery
- Support the Integration of AI Agents and AI-Assisted Development Tools
- Communicate Clearly with Stakeholders to Ensure Transparency Around Priorities, Progress, and Outcomes
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Proven Experience as a Scrum Master or in a Similar Agile Role
- Strong Understanding of Scrum Principles, Values, and Practices
- Experience Working with Cross-Functional Product and Engineering Teams
- Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Team Members and Stakeholders
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Larger Organization
- Interest in Modern Development Practices, Automation, and Emerging AI-Enabled Engineering Workflows
- Passion for Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement
