Scrum Master

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence across cross-functional technology teams. The role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team collaboration.
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting sprint commitments and delivery.
• Promote transparency through effective backlog management, sprint metrics, burndown charts, and team reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance, delivery quality, and Agile maturity.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen communication, accountability, and self-organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• \+4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional.
• Proven experience supporting Agile software delivery teams in enterprise environments.
