• You have the potential to develop in Educational Scrum facilitation.
• English - Fully fluent
• Spanish - Fully fluent

In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams through agile practices, facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, and help create an environment where collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement thrive. Your mission will be to remove obstacles, strengthen team performance, and ensure alignment between product vision and business goals.

✨ What you’ll bring

• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration

• Ability to coach teams and foster a high-trust environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred

• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or similar is a plus
