Position Summary

Facilitate Agile delivery for a major government healthcare organization's ServiceNow implementation, ensuring sprint execution, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo sessions
• Remove impediments and escalate blockers to program management
• Track sprint velocity, burndown, and team health metrics
• Coordinate with ServiceNow Expert Services on integrated sprint planning
• Maintain product backlog in collaboration with government Product Owner
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate requirements refinement sessions with government stakeholders
• Ensure sprint documentation and acceptance criteria are maintained

Required Qualifications

• 5\+ years of Scrum Master experience on enterprise IT implementations
• Experience with ServiceNow or SaaS implementations preferred
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with federal government clients

Certification Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
• SAFe certification preferred for scaled Agile environments
