Scrum Master

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Coach multiple highly skilled software development teams and ensure agile principles are practiced and continuously improved
• Critically question and optimize processes to measurably increase the effectiveness and quality of delivery
• Promote team self-organization and create a challenging, agile work environment that enables high performance long-term
• Strengthen collaboration, identify conflicts early, and guide teams through change processes, including consistent follow-up on agreed measures
• Methodically support Product Owners and stakeholders, moderate meetings and events, ensuring structure, clarity, and transparency in the development process

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development, ideally in complex enterprise or regulated environments
• University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable MINT degree) with very good results; relevant Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM) are a strong plus
• Excellent applied knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and proficient use of collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and comparable solutions
• Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for your topics, reflective, constructively critical, and characterized by a high degree of empathy, personal responsibility, and professionalism
