Responsibilities
Drive Agile excellence by guiding Scrum teams to deliver high quality outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role plays a key part in enabling teams to perform at their best and align with Agile values.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and focus on sprint goals. Act as a coach and mentor to help teams embrace self organization, cross functionality, and Agile best practices. Support continuous improvement by encouraging learning and adaptability within the team. Proactively identify and remove impediments that impact team progress, ensuring smooth delivery and improved productivity. Work closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment and promote transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skill
- Minimum 4 years of strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- In depth understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and team facilitation techniques
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive Agile maturity
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to remove blockers efficiently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skill
- Experience in the insurance domain is an added advantage
- Scrum Master certification such as Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
