Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring disciplined execution aligned to BFSI delivery expectations
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum values, Agile mindset, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to defined processes and audit expectations.
• Remove impediments and manage risks, especially those related to dependencies, regulatory constraints, security reviews, and environment readiness.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clear definition of acceptance criteria in line with BFSI controls
• Ensure transparency and reporting by tracking sprint metrics, delivery milestones, and risks using tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Coordinate across onshore–offshore teams, vendors, and shared services to ensure smooth execution of large programs and releases
• Support compliance and governance needs by aligning Agile delivery with BFSI standards, including documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager in BFSI or other regulated industries
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with the ability to balance agility and governance
• Proven experience using Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with business, technology, compliance, and leadership teams
• Experience working in distributed/global delivery models under tight timelines and high-visibility programs Preferred

Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe (SASM) or equivalent
• Domain exposure to Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Banking,
• Experience supporting large transformation programs, regulatory initiatives

Salary Range: $115,000 -$130000 a year
