Job Description
- 10\+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum master’s in enterprise IT / software delivery environments
- Demonstrated experience coaching 2-3 concurrent Agile teams in Scrum and/or Kanban
- Strong working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) \— PI Planning, ART-level coordination, cross-team dependency management
- Proficiency with Jira (including Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies in a multi-application portfolio environment
- Ability to work onsite in Columbus, IN at least 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
- Advanced certifications: A-CSM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality IT domains
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and value-driven delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint collaboration
- Prior experience working in product-centric or Power-cell operating models
