What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
• Drive

backlog management

and sprint readiness

• Support teams in adopting

Scrum and Kanban best practices

• Use

flow-based metrics

(cycle time, throughput, WIP limits) to improve delivery

• Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving efficiently
• Coordinate across teams for dependencies and alignment
• Foster a culture of

collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong hands-on experience with

Scrum \+ Kanban

• Solid understanding of

flow metrics and delivery optimization

• Experience working in

scaled Agile environments (SAFe is a plus)

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to guide teams toward

self-organization and high performance

• Must be local to the Atlanta area and able to work onsite 2 days/week

Nice to Have:

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Exposure to modern Agile practices or evolving delivery models
