What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the Scrum Master for a Scrum team of approximately five (5) members within a 45-person Agile Release Train (ART)
• Facilitate and lead all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement and story prioritization
• Identify and proactively help remove team-level and ART-level impediments
• Monitor and report on Agile performance metrics such as velocity and burndown

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• 4\+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile development teams
• Experience leading a Scrum team of approximately 5-9 team members
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles and practices
• Ability to operate effectively in a federal or regulated environment

• SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• ServiceNow CSA certification
