SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) QA Automation | Fast-Growing AI & FinTech Solutions Company

• This is a Hybrid position (3 \~ 4 days remote / Week) with Flex Hours

Its engineering organization includes professionals with backgrounds in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, and large-scale enterprise application development, providing an environment where engineers can work with advanced technologies while directly contributing to products used by major enterprise customers.

About the Product

The company is developing an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform designed to support the modernization of legacy systems for major financial institutions and enterprise customers.

As adoption of the product continues to expand, the company is strengthening its QA organization to ensure stable and consistent product quality.

You will be responsible not only for day-to-day QA activities, but also for test automation and continuous improvement of the overall QA process.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in QA or software testing for web applications
• Experience in test planning, test design, and test execution
• Hands-on experience implementing automated E2E and/or API testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality
• Business-level Japanese or above
• English communication skills sufficient to work with the development team

Work Style

• Full-time permanent position.
