Key Responsibilities \& Duties

  • Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect organizational assets.
  • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify risks.
  • Monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Use leading edge Microsoft 365 Security and Purview technologies to establish and enforce data protection policies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system designs and operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on security best practices and train staff on cybersecurity protocols.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to enhance security strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, outlining security findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in security tools and frameworks such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and access control methodologies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to staying current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.
