Qualifications

As a Senior 3D Artist at Gladstone Media, you will play a key role in crafting high-end architectural visualizations for luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and landmark developments worldwide.

You will collaborate with our creative directors, brand strategists, and marketing teams to produce imagery that does more than look beautiful it tells a story and supports real-world sales performance.

This is a fully remote position with global collaboration across our offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce premium interior and exterior architectural renderings
• Develop mood, lighting, and atmosphere aligned with brand positioning
• Interpret architectural drawings, design intent, and marketing narratives
• Execute advanced post-production in Photoshop
• Work closely with art directors and modeling teams
• Elevate projects creatively while maintaining technical precision
• Manage deadlines across multiple high-profile developments

Required Qualifications

• 4\+ years of experience in architectural visualization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic work
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max
• Expertise in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
• Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Forest Pack and RailClone (iToo Software)
• Deep understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and photography
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to take creative direction and collaborate globally
• Experience working on luxury real estate projects is highly preferred
