position.

Role Snapshot

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting for assigned operating entities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across accounting processes, while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams

What You'll Do

• Own accounting and financial reporting for assigned operating entities.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and lead month‑end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to budget and forecast.
• Participate in close meetings and communicate key performance drivers.
• Ensure timely close completion in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency and internal controls.
• Support annual audits and respond to external auditor requests.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred/plus
• 3-5\+ years of progressive accounting experience (industry and/or public accounting)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP with ability to apply guidance independently
• Experience owning the full accounting cycle for operating entities (must if in industry)
• Advanced Excel skills and large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, IFS, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
