Job Description
* Key Responsibilites**
Finance \& Accounting
- Manage daily finance \& accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, expense reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle tax finalization (VAT, PIT, CIT) and coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
- Oversee cost control, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial compliance.
External Relations \& Compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, government authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
- Support market development and long-term investment activities in the
energy \& environmental sector
.
Administration \& Business Support
- Oversee back-office operations, including HR administration and general business support.
- Coordinate closely with the
Seoul HQ
and provide support as requested by the Managing Director.
HQ Communication
- Act as the key contact for financial and operational matters with Seoul HQ, particularly in the absence of the line manager.
- Prepare, translate, and present financial and administrative reports to HQ and external auditors.
* Job requirements**
- 5\+ years of experience
in Finance, Accounting, or combined Finance \& Administration roles.
- Experience in an
FDI company
is highly preferred.
- Background in
Energy, Environmental, Construction, EPC/Contracting
is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of
Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance
.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with
government authorities and financial institutions
.
- Bachelor’s degree
in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory:
Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong
strategic thinking
and understanding of energy/environmental market trends and government policies.
- Excellent
cross-cultural communication, business diplomacy, and stakeholder management
skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
; experience with
ERP/SAP
is preferred.
