Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review of credit proposals prepared to verify alignment with the defined credit policies.
- Apply defined procedures and actions required to determine validity of credit proposal for approval by the Bank.
- Preparation of credit notes for the credit requests to be submitted to the Credit Committee.
- Provide inputs for the improvements in the credit risk policies, regulatory document reviews and models being applied.
- Provide support and inputs to employees across the Bank on credit risk review matters.
- Support preparation of accurate and timely periodic management and progress reports as and when required by the management to inform the leadership and
- Credit committee and facilitate decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, and comply with laws and regulations applicable to credit risk management.
- Understand and follow clearly articulated guidance on how to complete assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with sub-functional goals.
- Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks as per defined standards and within process boundaries.
- Comply with established policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work accuracy and consistency.
- Address simple, recurring issues independently while escalating complex challenges to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in routine activities.
- Actively participate in pre-defined development initiatives, leveraging organizational resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related major
- Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience
- Language:
Arabic, English
