Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Senior Architect

who can design and

build

scalable, secure systems end-to-end. This is not a purely strategic role — you’ll be deeply embedded with engineering, shaping architecture while actively contributing to implementation.

You’ll own core architectural decisions across infrastructure, backend services, and frontend systems, ensuring Elas scales reliably as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Design and evolve a

cloud agnostic architecture

(on AWS)

• Lead implementation of

Kubernetes-based infrastructure

(EKS or similar)

• Architect and optimize

CI/CD pipelines

using tools like ArgoCD and GitHub Actions

• Define and enforce

microservices architecture patterns

• Build and review

Golang-based backend services

• Collaborate on and guide

React frontend architecture

• Establish and maintain

secure-by-design systems

(auth, access control, data protection)

• Drive

observability, monitoring, and reliability practices

• Partner with engineering leadership to translate product requirements into scalable systems

• Mentor engineers and elevate overall system design quality

Required Experience

• 7\+ years in software engineering, with significant time in architecture roles

• Deep experience with

AWS infrastructure

(VPCs, IAM, EKS, RDS, etc.)

• Strong hands-on expertise in

Kubernetes

• Experience designing and managing

CI/CD pipelines

(ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar)

• Proficiency in

Golang

• Experience with

React

and modern frontend architecture

• Proven experience building

microservices-based systems

• Strong understanding of

application and infrastructure security best practices

• Experience scaling systems in production environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in

B2B SaaS platforms

• Familiarity with

SOC 2 / security compliance frameworks

• Experience with

event-driven architecture

(Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.)

• Background in

observability stacks

(Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
