Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer ready to build in an AI-native environment, where LLMs, automation, and intelligent integrations are part of everyday engineering and not a future roadmap item.

You will work alongside developers, designers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality platforms that create real business value, using modern technologies and AI-powered tools where they add value.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain backend systems and web applications
• Build integrations with APIs and third-party platforms
• Design and implement new features and services
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
• Optimize and support existing applications
• Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, and clients
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

What We Are Looking For

Must have

• 5\+ years of backend development experience
• Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET MVC
• Experience with .NET 5\+ / .NET Core
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Experience with Sitecore, Umbraco or Kentico CMS platforms
• Git version control
• Understanding of SOLID principles and secure coding practices (OWASP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Claude Code) to improve productivity and accelerate delivery, while maintaining full ownership, critical thinking, and accountability for the quality of your work
• Professional proficiency in English
