Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Backend Software Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems to support ClinicFlow's AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include implementing APIs, optimizing server performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the backend with front-end solutions. Additional duties include writing efficient, maintainable code and contributing to system architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building high-performance systems
• Proficiency in Programming languages relevant to backend development (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with system design, API development, and database management
• Team collaboration and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with handling integrations with EMRs or similar healthcare technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
