About the Sr. Brand Designer role at Aruliden
We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional craft, and deep experience building brand systems across physical and digital environments. You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio and are equally comfortable generating ideas, shaping visual worlds, and executing with precision. This role sits at the intersection of concept, system, craft, and ownership.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will
- Conceptualize and execute creative work across brand, product, digital, and experiential touchpoints
- Establish visual tonality through image curation, typography, layout, motion‑aware thinking, and storytelling
- Build dynamic, scalable brand systems that translate across physical and digital environments
- Manage projects from initiation to completion with support from Project Management
- Document design systems in clear, comprehensive guidelines and prepare production‑ready files
- Ensure high‑craft execution across all deliverables
- Produce design work with strong conceptual foundations and refined execution
- Shape presentations that communicate creative strategy and design decisions with clarity
- Integrate motion thinking through storyboarding or animation direction when relevant
- Collaborate with Strategy, Industrial Design, Creative Technology, and Client teams to translate insights into creative solutions
- Contribute to cohesive execution across all touchpoints
- Present work to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers
- Bring a culturally aware perspective to the studio and help foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and thoughtful risk‑taking
Qualifications
- 5–7\+ years of professional design experience in a studio or agency environment
- Motion graphics skills are a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand systems, art direction, and high‑craft execution
- Experience designing across digital and physical applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion or type design tools is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver high‑quality work on time
- Cultural fluency with a strong pulse on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends
- Passion for design, storytelling, and building brands that create cultural impact

Pay Range: $90,000\.00-110,000\.00
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Material. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
