The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions that drive business performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to evaluate the implications of proposed changes.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and recommend improvements to existing methodologies.
