Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements to support modern digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current processes and propose improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain requirement artifacts (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria).
• Work closely with solution and development teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Support development and QA teams during implementation and testing.
• Participate in analysis activities across the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Support solution delivery and validation of business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4\+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Experience working with technical teams (Backend, Mobile, QA).
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• General understanding of digital systems and integrations (preferred).
