Job Description
Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements to support modern digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current processes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain requirement artifacts (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria).
- Work closely with solution and development teams to ensure shared understanding.
- Support development and QA teams during implementation and testing.
- Participate in analysis activities across the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support solution delivery and validation of business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4\+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
- Experience working with technical teams (Backend, Mobile, QA).
- Strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- General understanding of digital systems and integrations (preferred).
