Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Business Analyst

to join a technology team in an international banking environment, working on data and client-related solutions.

This role sits close to the engineering team and focuses on

translating complex business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications

, supporting delivery, and managing dependencies across systems and teams.

The position operates in a

distributed international setup (mainly Poland-based teams)

and is evolving towards an

AI-enabled delivery model

, where automation and AI tools are used to improve efficiency and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into

clear functional and technical specifications

.

• Act as a

bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams

, ensuring alignment and clarity.

• Support

end-to-end delivery

, including requirement definition, refinement, and validation.

• Analyze

systems, data flows, and integrations

to define scalable solutions.

• Identify and manage

dependencies, risks, and impacts across systems

.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Support

UAT processes

, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.

• Leverage AI tools to

improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency

.

Qualifications

• 5\+ years of experience

as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.

• Strong experience in

banking / financial services

.

• Proven ability to

translate business needs into technical requirements

.

• Experience working closely with

engineering teams (APIs, integrations, systems)

.

• Experience managing

complex environments with multiple dependencies

.

• Fluent English (

B2\+/C1

) for daily collaboration with international teams.

• Experience in

Agile environments

(Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in

data-related projects or reporting platforms

.

• Familiarity with tools such as

Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL

.

• Exposure to

architecture concepts or system design

.

AI-enabled Mindset (Key Differentiator)

• Practical experience using

AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)

to support:

• Requirement analysis
• Documentation generation
• Process automation
• Ability to

structure complex problems for AI-assisted workflows

• Interest in applying AI to

improve delivery efficiency and decision-making

.
