Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Business Analyst

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering, Analyzing, and Testing:

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.

+ Create and help lead test plans and be hands on involvement.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by understanding their objectives and challenges.

+ Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.

  • Process Improvement:

+ Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve member experiences.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

+ Use data analysis tools to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.

+ Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for various audiences.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

+ Ensure that business solutions align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

+ Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Mentorship and Team Collaboration:

+ Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices to enhance team capability.

+ Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience:

+ 5\+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

  • Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).

+ Strong data analysis capabilities using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

+ Familiarity with Agile, \& Scrum project management methodologies.

  • Soft Skills:

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Range: $100,000 USD - $135,000 USD

Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face-covering policy, is a condition of employment. You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112\. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
