About the Role

Drive operational excellence by improving processes, standardizing workflows, and optimizing systems across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement. This role supports scalable growth, operational efficiency, and successful program execution in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Drive process standardization and support AS9100 compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
• Optimize ERP/MRP, inventory, planning, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop KPIs and support operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8\+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and cross-functional process expertise.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Aerospace, space, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• AS9100, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen experience.
