Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst in the United States.

This role serves as the quantitative backbone of a large-scale modernization program, translating complex operational data into clear, defensible insights that drive executive decision-making. You will act as the primary analytical authority on business processes and outcomes, shaping how performance is measured across a critical enterprise initiative. The position blends advanced statistical analysis with deep business process understanding to identify inefficiencies, quantify impact, and improve program outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and maintain robust measurement frameworks that connect operational activity to strategic objectives. You will also play a key role in Agile and Lean Portfolio Management environments, embedding data-driven discipline into delivery practices. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where your insights directly influence resource allocation, policy decisions, and program success.

Accountabilities

You will lead end-to-end quantitative analysis of business processes and outcomes, ensuring that program performance is measured with rigor, clarity, and strategic alignment. Your work will transform raw data into actionable intelligence that guides enterprise-level decisions.

  • Conduct advanced analysis of current and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
  • Design and maintain statistically sound outcome measurement frameworks (ROI, cycle time, adoption, quality, and operational KPIs)
  • Apply advanced statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling) to validate assumptions and forecast outcomes
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into program performance
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear business narratives for executive stakeholders
  • Integrate metrics into Agile and Lean Portfolio Management practices, supporting prioritization and value delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision forums using data-driven insights
  • Continuously enhance measurement maturity by identifying new data sources and analytical approaches

Requirements

This role requires a strong combination of advanced analytical expertise, business process understanding, and program execution experience in complex environments. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels.

  • 8\+ years of experience as a Business or Process Analyst, with at least 4 years in a senior/lead capacity focused on quantitative analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis and tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise with Jira, including reporting, metrics configuration, and Agile/LPM integration
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize measurable KPIs that drive executive decisions
  • Strong program and project management capabilities in data-driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean Portfolio Management environments (SAFe or Scrum preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and cross-functional settings

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work opportunities
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional leave policies
  • Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k) where applicable)
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Exposure to large-scale federal and enterprise transformation programs
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on impact and innovation
