What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Influence change by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Solve critical business problems through rigorous data analysis while managing multiple priorities
- Develop and deliver rapid turnaround business cases to assess opportunity value
- Measure and track effectiveness of technology and product initiatives, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
- Partner with various teams to translate data findings into targeted strategies and recommendations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5\+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy
- Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Comfort with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Proven ability to build and deliver business cases with speed and rigor
- Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT, to increase analytical output
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience at a SaaS company
- Background in benefits administration or HR technology
- Familiarity with call center operations, voice bot/IVR solutions, or conversational AI
- Experience working within a Private Equity-backed company
