General Summary

Places, tracks, and manages purchase orders and day-to-day procurement activities to support fulfillment of materials, parts, and other supply needs of internal stakeholders. Manages supplier relationship to send requests, negotiate costs, and ensure promise dates are met. Reviews requisitions or MRPs to anticipate internal supply and demand requirements and secure timely delivery of parts, components, or services. Works across teams to understand requirements, execute purchase orders, and address issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5\+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 7\+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.

OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8\+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for negotiation, sourcing and procurement activities to ensure smooth supply of materials without disruption of the line
• Responsible for supplier selection, negotiation, pricing,
• to ensure best cost and reliable supply \& service support
• Responsible for contract renewal and execution in timing manner
• To negotiate best term and condition and on time renewal of contract
• PO issuance
• Prepare monthly procurement success report
• Participate in cross function project and cost reduction program

Education/Experience Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 5 years’ experience or Degree with 3 year of experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft words, excel, power point
• SAP knowledge
• 3 years in Purchasing related field
• Good communication and written Skill
