Senior Chemist

I am currently recruiting a Senior Chemist for a Personal Care company, with Skin Care and Hair Care formulation experience, based in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Directly work R\&D team to develop Skin Care and Hair Care Products.
• Lead new formulations, scale up and project timelines.
• Manage with vendors to source raw materials and manage costing.
• Manage relevant tests (stability testing, Viscosity, pH testing and Drop testing)
• Collaborate with Sales, QC, Regulatory and Compounding.

Product Experience:

Cosmetics, Hair Care, Skin Care, Sun Care, OTCs.

Qualifications and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar (Cosmetics Science preferred).
• 5\+ years of bench/ formulation experience in Personal Care or 3 years with Masters.
• Proven ability to work in a high performing collaborative team.
• Knowledge in FDA, ISO 9001, 22716 and MoCRA.
