Job Description
About Ink
Ink is a global travel media and content company, working with many of the world's leading airlines, travel brands and destinations to create compelling editorial, creative and commercial solutions across print, digital, video and television. From strategy and storytelling to design, content production and broadcast, our Creative Studio helps some of the world's leading travel brands communicate with clarity, creativity and impact.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Client Partnerships Manager to become one of the central pillars of our Creative Studio. This is far more than a traditional account management role, you'll revel as a swiss army knife across the business. You'll become a trusted partner to our clients, an integral part of our internal teams and one of the people who helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll sit at the intersection of our clients, creative teams and commercial teams, ensuring communication is proactive, projects remain on track and opportunities are never missed.
No two days are the same. You might start the morning coordinating a long-term creative project involving multiple stakeholders, spend lunchtime discussing a new opportunity with an existing client, and finish the day helping solve a reactive production challenge or supporting one of our international television content partners.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, and just getting stuck in. Someone who instinctively knows how to prioritise, communicates clearly, builds trusted relationships and keeps projects moving, even when plans change. You'll be equally comfortable planning months in advance or responding to an unexpected request that needs attention within the hour, always with professionalism, attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Alongside managing a portfolio of key accounts and creative projects, you'll also support our network of licensed television content partnerships, working closely with the Managing Director of the Creative Studio and the Head of Business Development to maintain and strengthen strategic relationships while identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted day-to-day partner for a portfolio of key clients and strategic relationships.
- Lead account management across a range of creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, contributors, suppliers and commercial partners.
- Identify opportunities for future commissions, additional creative projects and wider strategic collaborations.
- Coordinate internal creative, editorial and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.
- Maintain clear oversight of timelines, priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Support the ongoing management of Ink's licensed television content partnerships.
- Work closely with the Managing Director of the Creative Studio and the Head of Business Development on partner relationships and business initiatives.
- Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Creative Studio through exceptional organisation, communication and attention to detail.
About You
You're someone people naturally trust. Highly organised and commercially aware, you're equally comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating complex projects and solving problems as they arise. You thrive on variety and enjoy environments where every day presents a different challenge.
You're comfortable operating with autonomy, quick to understand priorities and confident enough to pivot when circumstances or the job role changes, without losing sight of longer-term objectives. You'll bring fresh thinking, excellent judgement and a genuine enjoyment of building lasting professional relationships.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in account management, client partnerships or project management within a creative, media or agency environment.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Commercial awareness and an instinct for identifying opportunities within existing relationships.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable and decisive in a fast-moving environment.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the travel industry's leading creative businesses. You'll work alongside talented colleagues and collaborate with some of the world's best-known airlines, destinations and travel brands, helping deliver projects that span editorial, design, digital, broadcast and brand experience. Most importantly, you'll become one of the people who helps make it all happen.
