A top international law firm in the City is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its reward function. You will look after the day-to-day running of the Firm's compensation programmes for business services employees and fee earners, while supporting the global compensation team on wider initiatives and projects.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Day-to-day administration of the Firm's compensation programmes for business services staff and fee earners

• Supporting annual pay review and bonus cycles, including data preparation and validation

• Benchmarking and market pricing analysis using salary survey data

• Preparing compensation analysis, reporting and recommendations for HR and senior stakeholders

• Supporting the global compensation team with international initiatives and projects

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a compensation, reward or HR analyst role - professional services or law firm background ideal

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with a high level of accuracy

• Hands-on experience of pay review, bonus and benchmarking processes

• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including across international offices

• Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential data
