Position Summary

CoAdvantage, an Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company, is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to build and implement a structured, consistent compensation framework across the organization.

As a high-growth, private equity-backed HCM company of approximately 800 employees, CoAdvantage is at a stage where formalizing compensation structures is critical to ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business performance. This role will be responsible for establishing foundational compensation programs, including job leveling, salary bands, and alignment to performance and incentive structures.

The Sr. Compensation Analyst will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices support talent attraction, retention, and development, while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.

This role will also support efforts to leverage data, analytics, and technology to improve compensation processes and enable more informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities And Priorities Include

**Compensation Framework Development**

  • Design and implement job leveling architecture across the organization
  • Develop and maintain salary bands aligned to market benchmarks
  • Establish consistent compensation guidelines and policies

**Market Competitiveness \& Benchmarking**

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
  • Partner with leadership to align compensation strategy with business objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends

**Performance \& Incentive Alignment**

  • Align compensation structures with performance management processes
  • Support development of bonus and incentive programs
  • Ensure consistency between compensation, career pathing, and performance outcomes

**Governance \& Compliance**

  • Establish governance processes for compensation decisions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
  • Support audit readiness and documentation of compensation practices

**Data, Analytics \& Process Optimization**

  • Leverage data and analytics to inform compensation decisions
  • Improve reporting and visibility into compensation structures and trends
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compensation processes

Candidate Profile

**Required Experience**

  • 5–8\+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
  • Experience building or enhancing compensation frameworks and structures
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking and market analysis
  • Experience partnering with HR and business leaders

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
  • Experience in HCM, HR services, or related industries
  • Experience with compensation tools, HRIS systems, and data analytics
  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled analytics tools
