BalancedComp is seeking an experienced
Senior Compensation \& Performance Management Consultant
to join our growing consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with executive leaders, solving complex business challenges, and helping organizations build high-performing workplaces through innovative compensation and performance management solutions.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead compensation, performance management, executive compensation, and CEO/CFO Board compensation consulting projects for clients.
- Advise executive teams on compensation strategy, salary structures, market pricing, labor budgets, and pay equity.
- Prepare executive-level recommendations and comprehensive reports.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support client compensation programs.
- Deliver client training on compensation, performance management, job architecture, budgeting, and related HR initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate sensitive compensation discussions and organizational challenges.
- Partner with the business development team to identify new opportunities through webinars, networking, presentations, referrals, and consultative outreach.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the company's CRM system.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5β10 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or HR Consulting.
- Experience advising executive leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity, and performance management.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written communication with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and recommendations.
- A consultative mindset with the confidence to work directly with C-suite executives.
- Business development or client relationship experience is highly valued.
- A graduate degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
