Job Description

Hybrid – Green Bay, WI

We’re hiring a senior compensation leader to own strategy, lead a team, and partner closely with executives to shape how performance is rewarded across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation strategy across base, bonus, and incentives
  • Run annual comp cycles (merit, promo, bonus)
  • Advise leadership on pay decisions, market trends, and equity
  • Own Workday Compensation (config, enhancements, reporting)
  • Partner with Finance \+ HR on budgets, analytics, and workforce planning

Experience

  • 8\+ years in Compensation / Total Rewards
  • Strong analytical \+ business acumen
  • Experience with Workday Compensation
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Prior leadership experience
