The Role

They are looking for a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on their current and upcoming projects — multi-story mass timber residential buildings in the Bay Area and Oakland. This is a senior leadership role on the jobsite. You will own daily field execution, coordination of all trades, and the physical delivery of our projects on schedule and to their quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead all field operations on one or more active construction projects from foundation through building closeout
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews across all phases of work
• Manage the mass timber erection sequence, including just-in-time delivery coordination with the fabricator
• Oversee installation of prefabricated facade panels, MEP rack systems, and other factory-built components
• Maintain and enforce project schedules, identifying risks early and driving mitigation in real time
• Conduct daily site walks, safety inspections, and quality control reviews
• Collaborate closely with the project architect, BIM team, and development manager to resolve field issues rapidly
• Lead weekly OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings on-site
• Maintain detailed daily reports, RFI logs, and field documentation
• Mentor and manage junior field staff and laborers

What We're Looking For

• 10\+ years of construction superintendent experience, with a strong track record on multi-story residential or mixed-use projects
• Demonstrated experience managing complex subcontractor scopes simultaneously
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling (Procore, P6, or equivalent), and critical path management
• Proven ability to hold a jobsite to high standards of safety, quality, and schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills — you'll be the face of the company on-site every day

What's on offer

• Base salary between $200k - $280k
• Annual bonus between 20%-30%
