About the Role

BSS is seeking an experienced

Senior Consultant

to join its rapidly growing Consulting Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and strategic consulting, the ability to manage complex projects, and a proven track record in delivering high-value solutions to clients across multiple industries.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior management and business leaders while contributing to strategic, financial, organizational, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver financial analysis, business planning, and financial modeling projects

• Manage strategic consulting engagements and transformation projects from planning to execution

• Conduct advanced market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking studies

• Develop business plans, feasibility studies, investment proposals, and company valuations

• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and stakeholders

• Support M\&A, restructuring, funding, and investment initiatives

• Lead client meetings, workshops, and project steering committees

• Mentor and guide junior consultants, supporting their professional development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational and digital transformation projects

• Contribute to business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's Degree (MBA, MSc Finance, Strategy, or similar) will be considered a strong asset
• 5\+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Business Transformation, or a related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written \& verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP/CRM applications
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, business planning, and data analysis
