Senior Contract Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee complex contract development and negotiation for large-scale manufacturing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on commercial discipline and risk management. You will provide end-to-end contractual governance across the project lifecycle, ensuring agreements support execution, compliance, and business objectives. The position also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve commercial issues and establish best-in-class contract management practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts for large-scale manufacturing projects
• Provide end-to-end contractual governance across the project lifecycle
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to structure contracts and resolve commercial issues
• Monitor contract performance and assess contractual and commercial risks
• Develop and implement contract management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10\+ years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or project controls
• Experience negotiating complex commercial and U.S. government contracts exceeding $10M
• Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial frameworks, and risk allocation
• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional capital projects
